After each interview, you (and any family collaborators) will receive a session summary with key takeaways. From there, you can expand on ideas, include new memories, or revise responses.
Additional 90-minute interviews can be purchased at any time for $135 each, with no limit.
Your story and interviews will be securely stored in our private database for 10 years from completion. As your life continues, if your perspective changes or new events occur, we can create updated editions of your story at any time.
Yes! After purchase, we’ll ask you for the names and emails of family members you’d like to collaborate. After each interview session, they’ll receive a recap and can share additional memories or input to enrich your story.
Your dedicated story guide will work around your schedule to find times that work best for you. If you need to cancel, we’ll reschedule at the next available time slot. Our priority is to complete your project on time and with the highest quality.
You don’t have to do any writing if you don’t want to. After each session, you’ll have the option to review key points, make corrections, or add memories that come to mind — but it’s completely optional. We handle all the writing to ensure your story is accurate and beautifully told.
No! We keep things simple. If you can check your email and click a Zoom link, you’re all set. There are no complicated apps or software required.
